What is Cloud Seeding?
- Cloud seeding: Process of spreading either dry ice, silver iodide aerosols) into the upper part of the clouds to stimulates the precipitate process and form rain.
- The rain is formed from the supercooled cloud droplets from the growth of ice crystals in the upper part of clouds with freezing point of 32 degree Celsius (colder than freezing point of ice).
- Cloud seeding is performed so that the production of rains become more faster.
